The 13th Pyongyang International Film Festival (PIFF) is to be held in Pyongyang, the capital of the DPR Korea, from September 20 to 27, 2012 to contribute to breaking a new groud of film art by promoting exchange and cooperation between world film makers with the ideal of "Independence, Peace and Friendship".The 13th PIFF consists of: Feature Film Competition, Documentary and Short Film Competition, Special and Informative Screenings and Film Exchange

Any participant in the 13th PIFF should send the following materials to the festival organising committee until June 30,2012:
(1) Application and entry form
(2) Film Material for selection (DVD with English subtitle)
(3) Synopsis in English and promotion (posters)
(4) Name and photo of director
(5) Names and photos of leading actors and actresses
(6) Name of cameraman
(7) Name of script writer
